ethical fashion beauty blogger uk

The Eco Edit is written by Roxy Hempel, mother to twin girls and a mischievous little dog, originally from Brighton and currently living in the idyllic Isle of Man.

I believe we can make consciously kinder decisions on the products we buy without having to compromise on quality or aesthetics. I am always on the hunt for brands that have an ethical approach; contemporary fashion brands that support fair trade and sustainability, cruelty free and vegan beauty products and makeup, as well as other philanthropic lifestyle brands.

I made the decision aged 6 to stop eating meat, and in recent years have been moving towards a fully vegan diet. I believe that with every purchase we make a decision about how we shape the future of our planet and I want that to be a positive one.

Although my blog isn’t just for mums, I am due my third baby in March 2017 so will be including more baby related brands as I journey towards being a full time mum of three!

I love hearing when something in my blog has been inspiring or useful so please do get in touch if you have enjoyed my content. If you would like to collaborate I would love to hear from you too, find out more here.

    Bonjour,

We truly hope this email finds you well.

With this email we invite you to join our online community and its innovative cooperative approach: given your outstanding expertise in sustainable development, we believe you could bring a strong contribution to a constructive discussion on sustainability.

Horyou.com is indeed an action oriented social network for social good and human progress. We bring together different stakeholders, from Non-profit Organizations, to Change-makers, within an internet-based global community in 180 countries. Each member of the social network has the opportunity to share information and enhance discussion on sustainable development, in order to increase the social engagement and common understanding on such an important topic. Furthermore, Horyou members can promote their human progress-related initiatives and projects, and raise awareness, collaboration and funds for their implementation. Thanks to Spotlight, the first global social currency for economic inclusion, Horyou gives a concrete chance to a new internet philosophy where noble ideals become actions and social media is at the service of all.

Currently, Horyou.com connects more than 1500 NGOs to 250,000 ChangeMakers worldwide, a number which can still increase for a major positive impact on sustainable development. We would be honoured if you decided to contribute to this goal by joining our community as a member. The registration to the social network can be done by registering on horyou.com

While looking forward to your positive reply, we remain at your disposal for any further questions.

    Yours Sincerely,

    The Horyou Team
