My Winter Skincare Edit

vegan beauty products cruelty free cosmetics

I love new skincare products and as the nights get longer and the temperature drops, one of my favourite things to do is take some time to indulge in a little beauty TLC. Our bathroom is a tad drafty (old school single glazing!) but running a steaming hot candlelit bath and adding lavender essential oil is an absolute treat, pour a glass of wine into that mix and that is absolute perfection to me. I always feel like skincare should be luxurious and a pleasure, and although I often skip the pampering and go with the basics when I’m short on time, I recently rejigged my skincare regime to take care of my skin a little more as I noticed it calling out for it. This also coincided with a haircut, which (weirdly) always motivates me to take more care of my appearance. These are the current skin care products I am loving, of course, as always, they are vegan friendly and cruelty free…

Nature & Nuture anti ageing pack

All of the Nature and Nuture products are made using natural, organic ingredients, completely free of palm oil, never tested on animals, and the packaging is made from 100% recycled materials.

Included in the anti ageing pack is : Youth Protect Moisturiser, Derma renew exfoliating cleanser, Wrinkle repair night serum and Instant Eye lift gel.

I absolutely love these products, the Wrinkle repair night serum in particular as it is made with Watermelon essential oil and smells insanely good, as well as being feeling so luxurious and like its really quenching my skin in goodness.

The anti ageing pack from Nature and Nuture is available from their website.

PHB cream cleanser

I am alternating using the Nature & Nuture exfoliating cleanser with this cream cleanser which is more of a daily product as it is also moisturising and anti ageing. I love the creamy texture on a hot flannel, and it removes my makeup with ease.

Vegan lipbalm

Dr Organics Coconut Lip balm

I don’t know about you but I am really noticing how dry my lips are getting at the moment. I’ve been carrying around this Dr Organics lip balm with me constantly. It comes in a range of ‘flavours’ including pomegranate, manuka honey and aloe vera.

Available from Holland & Barrett, £3.49
